My Big Mouth. Pro or Con?

I tend to say what is on my mind, good or bad. If I don't like something and you bring it up, I will tell you I dont like it and why. I don't intentionally try to bring something to your attention so that I can insult you, most definetly not. But what I think my problem is, is that 1)I may enjoy saying what you would never expect to here and 2)I tend to be too descriptive of my thoughts, or in other words, too honest. I just don't like pretending anymore. I don't like pretending something is good or ok, if its not just to spare your feelings. Maybe its age. The best part is down here in Texas people have never really experienced someone like me. Here is an example.

I work for a Florist, (No i'm not gay) who also decorates for parties. We were in search of our winery so we could set up but went to a brewery by mistake. Not so bad. We walk in and I notice a chair that looks like it belongs in Alice In Wonderland, I immediatly look for the cheshire cat. Upon scanning for a set of teeth I come upon what troubled me. I notice a Merman creature, full size if Merman are the same size as humans, coming in and out of the wall above the office door. The problem is that it's wearing a wig that makes it look more like Michael Jackson with a fish tail. The owner comes out and we explain who we are, she tells us were not at the right place and then notices me staring at her Merman. Or Mermichael. I was just going to turn and leave but she asks me if like it. I tell her, " No. Its freaky. Its the wig, I just don't think Mermen would have hair like that."

Not so bad right? Well I think she handpicked it because the look on her face and her, sarcastic yet broken-hearted "Thanks", was priceless. To me. My boss couldn't believe I said it but to me it was just a little honesty in a world of lies.

What bothers me is, what is going to happen when I collide with someone who is just like me?
